Hello all - first time poster, long time fan. I’m trying to eat healthier during the work day and with a lack of refrigerator space at the office, I’m struggling to find items that are low-carb and low-sugar. The only thing I know is beef jerky but it’s expensive/high sodium so I can’t do it all the time. Does anyone have any solutions??
