"Refrigerate after opening" on Cannimed product. Been in cupboard for 8 months trees

Hey everyone!

I have some dry weed that's been in the original container for a while but was wondering if it's safe to vaporize? It says to refrigerator after opening on the bottle and I didn't do that.
