So the water upstairs works and the water downstairs works but the kitchen which is in the middle isn't working...
The refrigerator water dispensor and a single mug filler tap are connected to a reverse osmosis and neither of those are working.
The kitchen sink has pex running up to it. Previous owners installed a heater on the cold pex line because it had burst from freezing in the past. Right now neither the hot or cold water in the kitchen sink are working either.
I've checked all the shutoffs and no one has tampered with them. I've checked the cold sink pex heater and it is warming the pipes.
This is also the coldest day we have had in a long time so naturally I suspect freezing I just can't figure out how it all those different water sources froze at the same time.
