Keto ranch: Super easy and No mayo! ketorecipes

I was always trying to make my own mayo or using store bought, when I came across this recipe in a cookbook:

1 (8-ounce)package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chicken or beef bone broth

1/2 teaspoon chives

1/2 teaspoon died dill weed

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Prep: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

  1. In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. (it will thicken up as it rests.)

  2. Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.


I used some fresh parsley instead of the dried chives and dill, my immersion blender and some other random seasonings. It's simple and delicious and YOU DONT NEED MAYO.
