And demands a fee from the owner of the house who happened to open the door.
The owner responds by saying he has no TV in the house. The collector responds, "You have a TV antenna on your roof, so you have a TV".
The house owner then invites the collector into the house and leads him into the living room & straight to the refrigerator and opens it.
"What is this?" he asked, pointing to a container in the refrigerator. The collector responds "Milk". The owner quipped "where's the cow?".
