Located in a beautiful neighborhood that doesn't even look like it belongs in the city. 5 minute walk from Green Street station on the orange line. 1 bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, very nice appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range & oven), and an outdoor deck.
One of our roommates is leaving us following this term, so we will need a new third to re-sign the lease. I am an undergraduate student graduating next December and planning to attend graduate school; my significant other will be moving in with me in my room after this term, and may be able to contribute to rent pending employment (which would cut your share of rent down significantly). Your other roommate would be a Ph.D student studying pharmacology at Northeastern University. Neither of us party hard, and we're both exceptionally agreeable people.
