Need perspective...overpriced, but possibly worth it? vandwellers

Hey all, I hope this post doesn't suck too much, but I need help with this van I'm checking out tomorrow. I'm eager to start adventuring and the appeal of moving into something that's set to go is very real. I'm having trouble linking the actual webpage, but here are the details...

1995 Eurovan Full Camper, Low Miles 148,800. Lots of Custom Extras. Runs and Operates Great. This van was well taken care of and still has lots of years of camping and travel for its new owner. The 2.5 L, 5 cyl, 5 speed, manual transmission was rare for the Eurovan and it allows the driver to operate in the proper gear depending on the terrain. Great on and off the highway. The many custom upgrades make this van unique and ready for any dream road trip: 60W Solar Panel 110 amp/hr Auxiliary Battery 400W Inverter SunGuard 10amp Charge Controller New (10/16) Bosch Starting Battery LED Touch Activated Cabin Lights LED Pop Top Roof light – white or blue light Go Westy Custom Dashboard and Floor Mats Newer Go Westy Sink Faucet Yakima Roof Rack Upgraded Pop Top Struts – allows opening top with loaded roof box Custom Rear Seat Cover New Front Seat Covers Extra Auxiliary Storage Hatch Door – allows rear access to aux battery storage area when top access is full of gear. Should be standard on all vans. Five Spoke Aluminum Alloy Wheels Extra Set of Winter Tires and Wheels – Nokian Studded Hakkapaeliitta (Norse God of Tire!) Sidewinder II Awning Custom Rear Window Curtain Reinforced 2” Trailer Hitch – upgraded from original 1.25” Clarion Stereo with Pyle Rear Speakers and Blaupunkt 8” Subwoofer Bosch Premium Windshield Wipers Canvas Rear Hatch Bug Screen with Zippered Access Door Heavy Duty Bilstein Shocks - lifetime warranty All The Standard Winnebago Camper Features Including: Propane Furnace and Stove 5 gal Propane Tank – External 12 gal Fresh Water Tank 15 gal Gray Water Tank Sink w/new Water Pump Rear External Shower Spigot Large Closet and Lots of Storage Areas Two Fold Down Tables Second Removable Bench Seat 3-Way Norcold Refrigerator – Operates on 12volt and Shoreline Power – gas needs repair Pop Top Sleeping Area Bottom Floor Sleeping Area Sliding Window Shades Front Window Curtain Front Bra LP, Aux Batt, Holding Tank Level Indictor Panel Front Seats Swivel Increasing Living Area 12V and 110V Outlets Auxillary Battery Charging Center – Charges Battery from Alternator and Isolates From Main Engine, Chassis and Transmission: Engine in Top Shape with 148,800 miles. This 5cyl in-line Audi engine was a good choice for VW. It drives great and accelerates unlike older VW vans. Ball Joints and Clutch replaced 10/09 at 99K Transmission Mounts replaced 8/10 at 105K New AC 8/10 at 105K Bilstein Shocks replaced (under warranty) 2/11 at 109K Transmission Rebuilt 2/12 at 118K New Brakes and Rotors 1/14 at 130K CV Axles Replaced 4/14 and 6/16 at 140K There are some minor body blemishes but all have been addressed quickly to avoid rust. The rear bumper is cracked but still looks ok and passes inspection. I have maintenance records going back to the original owner highlighting how well this van was taken care of. It has facilitated many awesome road trips and it’ll be hard to see it go. It’s important to pass it on to someone that will appreciate and care for it like it deserves.

So...obviously a bit overpriced I think. Owner agreed to drop price already over the phone though. I am aware that this will be harder to maintenance than something domestic, but I like the manual and the (relatively) low miles.

How overpriced is this? Is this a terrible buy?
