A travel trailer electric issue. Help! electricians

Hello Electricians,

My wife and I live in a 2008 Keystone Springdale travel trailer.

Originally hooked up to a 110 outlet, which is dumb but worked for a year. It's hot out in California so the AC has been on. Today the power had a hard time keeping up, so we decided to switch to a 30amp connection with the house we live next to (My parents). We hooked everything up with the breakers off, when we switched it on only the GFCI and Microwave breakers worked, but AC, main lights, and refrigerator aren't working.

Went back to the old connection, same problem.

All the fuses seem to be ok, and since both connections are doing the same thing I think it's the trailer. Any ideas?
