I'm without a refrigerator for two weeks and have been using a cooler for the remainder of my perishable food. I have 2, 12 oz containers of plain cream cheese and need to use them. When I looked here and on other sites it's mostly desserts or stuffed chicken. Just to note I'm vegetarian and I can't eat eggs (indigestion) however I do have a powder egg replacer. Any ideas with recipes would be super awesome and appreciated!
