So I'll be staying in the library from 11am - 10pm everyday for the next few months. There's no restaurants nearby, and the vegan options at the cafe are quite limited and unhealthy.
So I want to bring my own dinner, but there's no refrigerator in the library.
How long can you leave cooked vegetables unrefrigerated?
Any meal ideas that don't require refrigerator?
