I figure this is sub is filled with people eating similar things...so why not ask a question that's been bugging me.
Obviously every meal is different, but... let's take classic Dr Pepper pork shoulder for example. After you cook it, how long do you keep the meat in the refrigerator and continue to reheat it?
Myself...ashamedly...will go up to two weeks eating the same meat. It's usually heavily salted so I figure why not? Tell me I'm wrong!
