I'm a quiet-loving, low-key professional female in my 30s seeking a compatible female roommate to share a 2-story duplex (1080 sq ft) with a view of a pond on a residential cul-de-sac.

Upstairs has 1 large bedroom with 2 full closets available (250 sq ft total), plus 1 shared bath and 1 hall closet with shelves.

Downstairs has a living room with windows facing the pond and plenty of light. Also a full kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator, 1 half bath, and our very own washer and dryer.

Large shared driveway plus easy street parking. No traffic (dead end) and mostly neighbors with young families. Landlord conveniently lives across the street.

Easy access to I-95, I-93, main street/downtown, restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers, etc.

Rent for your room and common areas is $935. Heat and hot water included. Utilities have averaged under $65/month per person for electricity and Internet. Available May 1.

I've been living here almost a year. I work Mon-Fri including at home once a week, and travel every few months. I'm sociable in a board-games-and-trivia-with-small-group-of-friends way and enjoy the occasional music/theater/dance show, but can also happily binge-watch TV online or relax with a book at home.

Roommate must be female, nonsmoking, clean, respectful, responsible, and financially stable. Preferably no pets. Landlord's approval required.
