Most horrible CUSTOMER service we have ever received ANYWHERE & I will be reporting THE OWNER of the Fremont SEARS, ZACH, as high up as I can and to the BBB! They sold us EVERY part for our SEARS mower! Over $300 worth! (Plus that's where we got our mower washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove!) They sold us parts with no hardware so Aaron used our existing hardware. (The sales person said some parts come with new hardware and some don't!) It didn't work so we had to return the part. THE OWNER called this morning, SUNDAY MORNING and left Aaron a nasty message. A RECORDED MESSAGE! My husband called him to explain what happened and the OWNER ZACH called him a dumb ass and an idiot, he told him he didn't know shit and he ruined the part and it cost him $50 F ING DOLLARS! Guess what ZACH.... It's gonna cost you a HELL of a lot more THEN THAT DUDE!!
