So today we were digging up the floor of a basement with a diesel digger. The fumes from the engine were building up and we couldn't get hold of an extract fan. So being the creative thinkers we are, we took the fan out of an old refrigerator thing, and wired it up. Only problem is, it didn't have a guard on it. But it worked, so we carried on digging. After a while, I walked backwards and straight into the fan, the steel blades cutting through my wellies, trousers, and leg. Went to A&E and got it stitched up.
