I got myself an Inkbird and can use a commercial freezer or refrigerator as the fermentation chamber (seasonal restaurant is closed, win!). Is there a better one to go with? I obviously want to do no harm to the units with the condensers or anything. Interested to see why some folks use refrigerators and some use freezers!
