Hey guys! I'm a college student with a meal plan, but it won't cover all of my meals. I'd like to start cooking, but I'm afraid I won't be cooking too often, maybe once or twice a week. I need some suggestions for ingredients that won't spoil quickly (pasta and pasta sauce come to mind). I have access to a refrigerator, a freezer, and a stove.
Can meats keep well if they're kept in the freezer for over a week?
