I left rice in the fridge for 5 months and I've read that rice develops dangerous mould. Help foodsafety

I left rice in a bowl covered with tinfoil in the refrigerator for about 5 or 6 months. I took it out tonight and threw it out. I put the bowl in the sink with several other dishes that were already there, intending to do them all later because I was out of dish soap. The rice was hard and dry on the surface but when I scraped it into the garbage I found that it was moist with a yellow liquid. I've heard that rice can develop a mould that produces a toxin, I got scared and threw out the bowl. Should I get rid of all the other dishes in the sink because they might have gotten some of the yellow liquid from the bowl on them? How should I clean the sink? Should I bleach it? I can't find decent info on the internet about different moulds that can grow on rice. I have a penicillin allergy, am I I'm danger from handling it or inhaling something?
