Suggestions on Seared Yellowfin Tuna AskCulinary

A friend of mine gave me four filets of A Yellowfin Tuna he caught while fishing. It was vacuum sealed and then frozen, and is thawing in my refrigerator right now. I'm planning on searing them and eating them rare. Any suggestions as far as seasoning and/or timing? I'm looking for an Asian style recipe, as I will be pairing it with a home brewed orange ginger IPA.
