Something a little different: what part is missing from my new refrigerator? whatisthisthing

I got a new fridge at a huge discount because it's missing a shelf. I'm trying to order a replacement but can't make heads or tails of the diagrams. Can anyone give me a hand? (Also, if there's a better sub for this, let me know)
