I do not count calories or serving sizes. I eat because it enjoy it and I cook because I love it. Total Time to prep and cook: 35-55 Minutes.

Directions: 1. Preheat your over or toaster to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. The cheese needs to be julienne sliced; however each slice of cheese needs to be half the diameter of the loft of bread. Then place the cheese into a bowl and into the refrigerator. This will allow it to say cool until you are ready to use it. 3. After washing the tomatoes, julienne them. After slicing all of them place the tomatoes into a bowl and into the refrigerator to keep them cold until your ready to eat. 4. Peal all 3 cloves of garlic and leave them on your cutting board. 5. After washing the basil thoroughly, place it on a dry tissue paper or plate and let air dry. Air dry may take a while, if you want you may also completely dry it with a tissue paper - however you want to be careful not to rub the basil on the tissue as it may not taste good afterwords. 6. Now you need to cut your bread into slices, each slices needs to thick enough to fit and hold the basil, tomatoes and cheese. 7. Once your bread is sliced, using a brush or spoon, place a quarter of a teaspoon of olive oil on both sides of the bread and place them into your baking sheet. 8. The bread should be golden and brown when removing from the toaster or over. Wait a few minutes as it will be very hot and then take your garlic cloves and rub the garlic on the bread. If you wish you may rub the garlic onto both sides. 9. Now remove your cheese and tomatoes from the refrigerator and then assemble your bread - after the garlic is rubbed place a slice of cheese, then a slice of tomatoes and finally a basil leaf.

You are now ready to serve your Bruschetta. Buon Appetito
