How far in advance could I have dough sit in the fridge before baking? Baking

I'm going to make biscuits for a potluck in a couple days. I was thinking of measuring and mixing the flour, baking soda, butter, and buttermilk and store it in zip lock bags in the refrigerator. Then on Tuesday I would roll out the dough and bake. I am going to make two batches. Is that too far ahead of time if I did that today? Should I leave the buttermilk out and combine it on the day I'm going to bake?
