So we bought a very expensive two-side refrigerator last Friday. Worked fine for a couple of days. Tonight when I came home noticed stuff on the fridge (the non-freezer side) was not as cool as expected, then opened the freezer and found severe frost build-up on the back. Tried cleaning frost from the vents and checking if anything else was blocking the vents, but frost continued to be produced. There are icicles starting to form below the ice maker. The fridge has proper ventilation (proper distance from walls). Not sure what else I could check.
Will contact the store where we bought it tomorrow, but wanted to see if there is something simple we might be missing. Any advice is appreciated.
