Sears has taken weeks to repair (still not done) our refrigerator and freezer. We have lost THOUSANDS of dollars in food. Each time they come out they don't know what the previous technician did so they can not finish the job. It takes a whole week to get another appointment - I just made appointment number 3 and it has been four weeks since it broke. We paid extra - $550 - for a warranty - totally not worth it!
