Made some pickles, taste good but leave a vinegar aftertaste. fermentation


I have been trying my hand at making pickles, well, because I freaking love them. First batches turned out bad (I have a problem following the recipes lol) but this last batch came out mostly good using this recipe. The only problem is they leave a quite strong vinegar aftertaste and i dont like it. Did i do something wrong? Also, I am more a fan of the Ba'Tampte half sours if anyone has a good recipe (which then I let sit for another week to get more sour).
