How can I prevent the drain line in my refrigerator from freezing up every three weeks? fixit

The drain line in my Roper refrigerator keeps freezing up, causing water to drip into the refrigerator. It's a simple job to fix, but I have to do it about every three weeks.

Any one have suggestions on how to prevent it?
