[Help] I need a replacement shelf for my Refrigerator, but they don't make them anymore DIY

I want to buy a replacment inner shelf (number 13 in this photohttp://http://ift.tt/2pl5wPL) but they don't seem to make them anywhere.

How can I make a replacement shelf for my fridge?
