My schedule goes like this M-F. 7am-1130am school. Library 12-3pm. 3-630pm work. Gym after work till 8/9 pm. My question is how do i get enough calories? I have no access to a microwave or refrigerator cause i can not come back home. I usually pack lunch in a thermal in the morning but its always cold and not enough. How do you guys do it? Edit: go to a community college so literally no place for a microwave that i know of.
