Apt and Rent Details: $1,325.00; 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (yes you would have your own bathroom) available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Murray Hill. Located on 2nd Avenue between 35th and 36th Streets. It is a 5th floor walkup. Super lives in the building.

Sublease Starts: February 1, 2015 Sublease Ends: August 31, 2015

Apartment has a full kitchen- stove, oven, broiler, full size refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of cabinet space and a lot of extra storage space above the cabinets. Living room area as well.

The room: Smaller of the 2 bedrooms but it fits a full size bed, a dresser and possibly another small dresser and/or shelf. I was able to fit a tall and narrow shelving unit. There is 1 closet in the room and full length mirror on the wall and a window with curtain hooks already in the wall.

The Bathroom: Stall shower, marble floor, and tiled walls, stand up sink, and medicine cabinet.

Utilities (heat/hot water included)- time warner internet- $66.50/month. ConEd bill ranges from $30-$50 a month per person depending on usage. We do not have a cable subscription but that can be easily be added with Time Warner should you wish to have television.

The building: Mailboxes in the building, recycling bins on the ground floor, garbage bins around the corner on 35th. No laundry. Call box on the outside.

Location and Transportation options: • Located on 2nd Ave near the Queens-Midtown tunnel, 10 minute walk to the 6 trains going uptown and downtown at 33rd and Park Avenue. 15 minute walk to Grand Central. M15 select bus service stop on East 34th and 2nd Ave that runs to both Houston Street and South Ferry. The M15 select bus also stops at 14th Street with a short walk to Union Square to catch the L, N, Q, R, 4, 5 and 6 trains.

The neighborhood: • Near restaurants and bars on 2nd Ave and a large CVS on 34th, Duane Reade on 33rd and a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts. There is a Fairway Market located on 30th Street and 2nd Ave next to a Loews movie theater, TD Bank and Staples. One block up to 3rd Ave where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants (Blockheads, Caliente Cab, etc.) • plenty of Laundromats in the area to drop off/pick up laundry and dry cleaning

The roommate: • 30 year old female, non-smoker and drug free. She is an accountant for a large firm that works late, especially during busy season, which could mean after midnight on some or all nights of busy season. Respectful, friendly and quiet.
