So my refrigerator broke and on the rental agreement landlord claims no responsibility for the fridge or stove so they won't fix/or buy a new one.
I'm buying a new fridge and planning on taking with me when I move out. At the same time if I don't leave a working fridge behind the landlord wants to charge me/take from my deposit. Looking for help with my rights/legal advice.
