TIFU by cooking and eating the food in the refrigerator. tifu

So I woke up quite late. 12pm, because I spent my whole night waiting for someone who came around 4am in the morning.

It's weekdays so when I woke up I found no one in the house. My stomach grumbled so the first thing I decided to get is something to fill my raging tummy. Being the hungry and capable person I am, I checked the refrigerator for something to cook.

I stared at it for a few minutes, trying to decide what to cook. There were hotdogs, food from last night and some other edible things. One thing flashed from the crowd though - the one at the top of all the other frozen goods. I was contented to see a pack of bacon in there.

So I heat the pan, and cooked it. I had a fine "breakfast" (or brunch, whatever) with it. Afterwards, I proceeded on going to the internet.

Fast forward to I think 5:30pm, my neighbor knocked on the door. Lazily I went to talk to her. My laziness turned to shock when she said the words: "Hey, can I have the bacon we asked for your mom to keep earlier? The one with the other frozen goods. Our refrigerator broke earlier."

I stared at her and told her the truth. She asked for the hotdogs instead. We have to pay for the bacon though..
