Help - Refrigerator too far from outlet - I know extension cords are a no-no but... electricians

So I moved into a new apartment (New York) and the refrigerator's power cord doesn't reach the wall outlet... guess the landlord never tried to plug it in after they bought it.

It's a medium size Frigidaire - manual says:

The refrigerator must be plugged into its own dedicated 115 Volt, 60 Hz., 15 Amp, AC only electrical outlet.

So I have a Home Depot 6 ft. grounded appliance extension cord going to the wall outlet.

Extension is 14AWG 300V 75C 15A 125V

Fridge cord is 18AWG 300V 125C (not sure how many amps this fridge actually draws).

Have had it running for about a week now... neither cord ever feels warm to the touch.

Realistically - am I good or do I need to bug my landlord to have an electrician come and make a new power cord?
