Color layer in cold crashing carboy? Homebrewing

Hey guys, I'm sort of a beginner, so I apologize if this is a common question. I have a Red IPA that I moved to a refrigerator to cold crash with gelatin finings. It has been in the fridge for around 5 days and after about the first 36 hours the majority of the beer cleared up substantially. However, the bottom 4 inches or so of beer is distinctly lighter. I assume it is protein, yeast, and gelatin settling out. I only bring this up because it has been roughly 3 1/2 days without the last bit dropping. Is this normal? Do I have to wait longer or is it good to go?

I am admittedly impatient because of how badly I wish to bottle and get to drinking this with my buddies.
