Place to stay at fresno

Hi, I'm sorry for posting this since i have seen so many of this kind of posts but i still don't have a definitive answer.

Once again, Hi. I'm a new international student at the Fresno State University and I need a apartment to stay because the dorms are not really my type. So what I'm looking for is a 4 bedroom apartment as i'll be there with 3 friends. The rent for up to which we can afford is around $2000 per month. I am also trying to look for apartments that are furnished(TV, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave at the least.) and also fall within the $2000 dollar cap. A safe neighborhood is also crucial. and also if possible I would like to know what the utility bills for a 4 bedroom apartment would be like(Rough Cost). So if you guys had any ideas for apartments it would be really helpful. If possible please state the name of place.

I was first going to go with the Marbella apartments but they only have 3 bedroom ones so...
