Yesterday I went in to buy two new tv's and a computer. We just bought a new house so we were planning on buying a washer/dryer, refrigerator and a few other things with an estimated budget at $10,000. We were going to buy two 4K tv's, wall mounts and a computer on this visit and buy the rest next week since we were paying cash. I took an info card from the model on a 70in 4K tv and walked around to compare to other tv's. When I asked an employee for feedback he immediately scolded me for taking the info card off the model and walked away from me to never come back and help me. I rubbed it off and went to the computer area. I asked an employee some questions which he didn't know the answer to, so he asked another employee to help me and he clearly did not care for the questions I had to ask and didn't know much about the specs and only cared about selling me a more expensive model without explaining why it is better. When I finally choose the two tv's wall mounts and computer the bill was around $4000. When ringing me up the employee was being extreme rude and not being helpful at all when answer SIMPLE computer spec questions. I then asked to take the computer off the bill and said I would buy elsewhere. He scoffed at me and rolled his eyes while being aggressive and rude. I then made up my mind to walk out of the store and start looking somewhere else to buy my nearly $10,000 worth of merchandise. Seriously, you guys have more employees than customers in the store all of whom seem to be college kids and you guys can't hire people who know their departments in order to help your customers?
