Refrigerator keeps tripping breaker even though the breaker works and the fridge itself works electricians

Hello,

We live in a newish home in Central Texas, build was finished in July 2015 we have been here since August 2015. We have a kind of generic GE fridge, will post pictures of it and the outlet/breaker etc.. shortly. The fridge was running fine up until a couple weeks ago.

It has been tripping the breaker every few days for a couple of weeks now. Today it went off and the breaker would not reset. I unplugged the fridge and the breaker reset. I plugged a lamp into it and it lights up just fine. Plug the fridge back in and the breaker gets tripped immediately. There's a plug on the counter next to the fridge so I plugged in there and the fridge came back on running fine.

A few questions:

What could cause it to trip the breaker? Is it an issue with the fridge or the breaker?

Is it safe to use another outlet for the fridge? It was on it's own dedicated breaker before, this one i believe is on one with either the microwave or dishwasher. (there's no label on the panel for kitchen outlets)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Album with pictures Sorry I was taking pictures with my tablet and ended up including some bad shots that shouldn't have been in and couldn't figure out how to remove them from the album!

Basically the refrigerator circuit is on the bottom right of the panel flipped.

The picture of the outlet with a single plug is the one the fridge was originally plugged into

The outlet it's plugged into now says its GFCI protected and the fridge is working.

Thanks again
