FP money shot
It tasted amazing and was made by frying four eggs in Irish butter, heavily dusting them with romano and flipping, cooking for about a minute, pushing them to the side, melting more butter, frying harissa chili sauce in said butter, and ignoring English conventions on run on sentences. I got the harissa sauce from Trader Joes for $2 and it has a total of 15g net carbs for the serving size shown.
Ketostix
Are bullshit; after experimenting with them repeatedly I've found them to utterly useless due to them being entirely reliant on hydration levels. I'm not wasting any more money on these.
Exogenous Ketones
Are also bullshit; overpriced and completely useless.
How to never be hungry and lose weight
Well, it's taken me a month to figure out, but I've found that the simplest way to never be hungry is to keep unsweetened "coconut beverage" in my refrigerator at all times, Trader Joe's sell this for $3, at 8g net carbs per a half gallon and 36g of MCT's it's a steal. I buy this stuff: http://ift.tt/2og8CpU.
It tastes pretty good, is extremely filling and very low calorie. I've found that by drinking this throughout the day hunger completely vanishes and carb cravings are non-existent.
Social Gains
One of the most interesting effects I've noticed after losing a decent amount of weight is how much better people treat you, I didn't think it would be a big difference, but holy shit it is. Everyone, from a college professor of mine to girls on Tinder, the difference is night and day. Now, I don't hate talking to people or being in a crowd, I just feel that I fit into society more naturally and it feels great. (An interesting side note: I've found that in France and Germany this effect is lesser, people don't seem to care as much about appearance)
Mental Clarity
My mind feels clear 24/7 on keto, I feel very calm and spry, no anxiety and very stable positive moods.
In conclusion
Keto is the best "diet" I've tried and really seems like an easy long term lifestyle change to make. I'm so glad I gave it a shot because I was starting to get seriously depressed trying diets only to crash and burn. After a month I'm actually more excited about keto than I was when I started. The weight is falling off and I'm finally feeling OK about my bodyweight for the first time in a decade. I'll post some pics when I'm at my goal, cheers guys! Good luck on your journies :).
