Hey y'all!
I'm a law student and typically spend 10+ hours a day at school / in the library, I don't have a lot of time for cooking but we have a refrigerator at school. Normally I try to cook dinner at home, but eat breakfast/lunch/snacks at the library, and I try to avoid prep as much as possible.
What are your favorite low cal snacks that you can buy at a supermarket and are easy to take to work/school?
I've been doing the same thing every day for a while now, and I'm interested in changing it up a little!
My go-to's right now are:
-
280 cal Breakfast: Oatmega bar (200 call) and Light-n-fit greek yogurt (80 cal)
-
280 cal Lunch: Healthy Choice little portable soups (180 cal) and low-fat english muffin (100 cal)
-
250 cal snack: Amy's light vegetarian lasagna
-
200ish cal snack: banana and apple
