I'd like to replace a shake with real food. Here's the catch: -Under 200 calories -Low carb (desk job) -Very low sugar, including NO FRUIT -Good source of protein -Has to be something that doesn't require a refrigerator or microwave (no access) -Can't eat at my desk, so I'll need to consume it quickly -No prefab bars
Keep in mind, this is just a replacement for a shake. I eat fine, so no need to ask why I'm not eating a specific thing, or why I don't have access to certain things.
