My roommates and I are looking for a 4th roommate to move into our house in January. We are 24, 25, and 26 years old, 1 female and 2 males. We are all employed full-time and I also go to school full-time at the U of A.
The house is about 2400 square feet and includes a large backyard. We have all the appliances one could need: washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, two full sized refrigerators, etc.
We are all very clean, especially in our common, shared areas.
The house is entirely furnished in the common, shared areas. The only furnishings you would need would be those for your own bedroom.
Rent for you would be $250 per month. Depending on the time of year and our usage, bills would be ~$60-$100 per month. There would be a small $150 deposit upon moving in, but we are willing to work with you on this if you cannot afford the entire $150 deposit on top of first month's rent right away (we can figure out a "payment plan" deal -- only for the deposit).
One last note: unfortunately we are unable to take in any roommates with dogs. A cat is something we can discuss and work with, but dogs, unfortunately, are a no go.
