Hi all -- I'd really like to quit dairy but I'm stuck on Greek yogurt. I know there are dairy-free yogurt substitutes but none of them have as much protein/calorie as Greek yogurt and it's really convenient for me to just grab from the refrigerator and eat. I'm trying to lose body fat and gain muscle and I'm just not sure how to give it up. I already eat a lot of tofu and some tempeh and would like to keep my protein sources as diverse as possible.
Did anyone else interested in fitness have this problem and have some suggestions? Thank you!!
