If I received an ampoule of Streptococcus mutans three weeks ago that had been only refrigerated and put it in the freezer for the time I've possessed it (three weeks), would the bacteria still be alive? NoStupidQuestions

Note that before it was given to me, it was in a friend's refrigerator for around 9 months.
