Hello, We have a room mate leaving to move out of the country and his room will be available to move-in on January 1st, 2016. I'll keep the description pretty short here and you can contact me for more details / pictures / set up a time to check out the room.
It's a large room with a closet, balcony access and it is furnished with a bed and desk.
There are four of us here(currently three males, one female), you will be sharing a bathroom with two others and the occupant of the master bedroom has his own bathroom. There are two refrigerators, you will be sharing one with another person. Laundry is on-site downstairs. The living room and kitchen are communal areas for everyone's use, you will have unfettered access to these rooms. We have high speed internet, cable television and AppleTV in the living room.
In general the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and low key, we are not a party pad but it can be fun on some occasions so you should be okay with that.
