This is a throwaway but I need help and I'm thinking you guys are my best shot. I work in a lab that doesn't do randoms, but I'm always kinda paranoid about that because they test if there have been any accidents. I've not smoked in a couple months and while my system is clean, I'd like to stock up for urine tests. I have access to gas-tight vials that are used for volatile sample analysis, and I was thinking I could use those after baking them and filling to zero headspace... OK, so I just realized how high my job sounds. Baking as in the oven to sterilize and zero-headspace so there's no evaporation. :D
I've tried looking online but I can't find any science-minded ents to give me a professional opinion on the matter. I want to know if this method would be appropriate for long-term storage in the refrigerator protected from any light. I don't want to freeze it because the vials would break. I also want to know how long urine can be stored like this.
The lab out-sources drug screenings so there's not much concern on surprise attacks to begin with. And my state has medical on the ballots, which works out for me because I have seizures. I feel I'm being a bit overzealous, but again, if I can store enough to last a year or so, that would be great.
I really don't like the idea of chemical flushes or fake urine and I would rather spend on some smokeables.
TLDR; I want to store my pee for a long time.
