I've posted a couple ads in the past few weeks but I am listing the new big items here for our final post and the original items still for sale below with new lower prices. All items are cash only and must be picked up in North Hollywood

Dining room table + chairs Simple wood table and chairs. Great for sitting, eating, basically any table related activity. Table comes with 4 chairs all in pretty good condition. Slightly damaged on the legs of a chair or two but only cosmetic. Chair close-up $60

Refrigerator Comes with a "beautiful" custom paint job on the freezer that can be easily replaced. Works great, new place comes with a larger one. Very cold! $100

Zoom H2N Handheld Recorder Excellent handheld recorder with dual condenser mics. I had used it to record my live comedy show, perfect for demos or other live applications. $50

Secondly is one of those silverware holders and plate display things for fancy people. That will be $6.

Next pic is the miscellaneous housewares. Each is $5. This includes the paper towel holder, the owl dishes, oil dishes and spout and pour-over drip coffee piece. Get all of them for $10!

Fourth is a White and Gold Flecked teapot from Grace's Teaware. Never been used, beautiful condition - $15

Miscellaneous plates and bowls take em all for $10 (3 large, 4 small and 4 bowls matching. Two large matching plates additionally and one small random plate and bowl.
