1 bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in silver lake. The town house is 2 stories with two baths and central heat and air. The room available is the upstairs room with a shared full bathroom and shower. We have a Full kitchen with dishwasher and new refrigerator. There is gated parking available and walking distance to LACC and the redline subway. This location is near sunset junction and a convenient 5 exits west of downtown and three from Hollywood. Access to all freeways within minutes. This is the most centrally located house in LA! The two of us work in the film industry and have a great friendship born from living together. We are looking for a third roommate to share the space with. Garbage and water included. All utilities are shared. They fluctuate but tend to be around 60 a month on average. We both have our own friends and like to hang out together once in a while. We're both in our late 20's and tend to keep the party outside the house and respect our space.
