Heist Idea: Cancerous paydaytheheist

An idea I posted on the official Steam forums a couple years ago which recently came back to mind:

Bain: "Gentlemen: Tocamac is Ozwald Pharmaceutical's latest little money maker. A chemotherapy drug that hits bone cancers like a cruise missile, killing the tumor while leaving the rest of the patient unharmed. Too bad for joe-schmo it costs a small fortune just for a single month's supply. But that's just opportunity for us. Oz has a nice little stockpile of Tocamac at their production facility here D.C., and I have a contact who'll fence it at half price. Even at that discount, we'll still make out like bandits, and someone's grandma gets to stay on this good green Earth a little while longer. Everyone wins! Well, except for Ozwald."

Stealth or Loud heist set in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant with adjoining refrigerated warehouse and labs. The twist is the loot is perishable. The chemo drugs the Payday Crew wants are stored in the refrigerated warehouse, and must be kept cold, or they are rendered worthless. Once a bag is removed from a refrigerated area, the crew has five minutes to move it to the getaway ice cream truck in the parking lot, navigating through the manufacturing area, labs, and employee entrance to get there. Taking or tossing a bag back into a refrigerated area resets the timer. Assets could include an unlocked lab refrigerator halfway between the warehouse and the parking lot, or insulated loot bags that add an extra minute to the timer. If a bag is left at room temp for 5 minutes, it expires, changes color for the benefit of the crew, and becomes worthless. Death Wish could have the additional challenge of a shorter time window for each bag.

The goal is to secure two bags (four on Death Wish) out of a potential 4 to 8 lootables (cancer drugs). If an insufficient amount of bags are delivered and all other bags have expired, the crew will need to hack a computer terminal for any information that can be sold (the information loot is much less valuable than the drugs themselves). Upon securing enough bags or the information, a getaway zone is activated at the ice cream truck.
