I hosted several family members over Thanksgiving, which was a really great time. But, towards the end, it got really frustrating to have just finished cleaning the kitchen only for someone to think this was an opportune time to cook some eggs, or smear some peanut butter on the refrigerator handle, or cut a baked potato directly on the countertop. Give the host at least a few minutes enjoy their cleaning handiwork before they have to start the next round...
