My curing chamber (refrigerator) is about 20 degrees F lower than I need for fermenting, so I picked up a small ceramic space heater (this one actually: http://ift.tt/1O5N1lx) to keep it in the ideal range. How dangerous is it to run this thing for roughly 15 minutes a day in my fridge? Am I asking for trouble?
