[Chicago] Want to rent at Trump Chicago, but I'm finding lots of ridiculous clauses in the lease. Am I in the right to argue this, or am I the one being ridiculous? legaladvice

This is one of many clauses in the lease that bothers me:

It essentially states that I cannot use the refrigerator that comes with the unit since it says "...install or operate...refrigeration or heating devices." It also means I can't light a candle or even use bleach to clean (bleach is a hazardous fluid).

The leasing agent, and pretty much everyone I know, is telling me to just sign the damn thing and quit worrying so much. I, however, hate signing contracts with ridiculous language to which I do not agree. What should I do here?
