I had a fallout between my roommates, and I. In order to continue living in the unfurnished basement. I wasn't allowed anywhere else in the, unless approved, going out, or using the bathroom. I was stuck with only a bed, refrigerator, and a microwave. Due to my mental health, I had to move out. They were mad this, thinking that I wouldn't pay back for what I owe, and now they plan to sell my stuff. I had to take a train ride to MD, where I am currently living, because they took my car keys right in front of me. They also forced me to sign the title to be as the seller.
I'm including the agreement that was made via email. It has been altered for security. My question is. Is that a legal binding agreement? Can they hold onto my belongings? Can they sell my belongings.

All food items are to be kept seperate in your own space. The minifridge downstairs is free for your use.
Leaving your space (basement) and entering ours (otherside of bathroom needs and leaving the house) is to be approved beforehand.
My response: I accept the terms
They were using my belongings. They also changed the hours. I was made to clean three hours a day, and to be gone out of the house six hours a day.
